Procedure to Become LIC Agent

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum Educational Qualification: 10th Pass & Above
  • Minimum Age: 18 Years (No Upper Age Limit)

Documents Required

  • 4 colour passport size photo
  • Photo copies of 10th, 12th Mark Sheet or Graduation certificate
  • Photo copy of Birth certificate / SSC / Passport
  • Photo copy of Pan Card
  • Photo copy of Aadhaar Card
  • Cancelled cheque or photo copy of Passbook

FEES

  • Registration: Rs. 150
  • Online Training Fees: Rs.500
  • For Books: Rs. 200/-
  • For Online Exam: Rs. 500 to be paid to NSEIT for Online test (17/50 passing)
  • Total Fees for Online: Rs. 1350/-
  • Total Fees for Offline: Rs. 850/-

TRAINING

  • After successful registration of your form. You will be undergoing for Online Training or Offline Training
  • Training will be in 25 hours (4 Full Days)
  • Training covers all aspects of life Insurance Business

EXAM

  • You can give Exam in English or Marathi or Hindi
  • Exam will be Online
  • Exam will be of 50 Marks
  • Passing marks are 17
  • Multiple choice questions having 4 options

Appointment

  • After passing the examination, you will be awarded appointment letter and you will become part of a great Organisation i.e. LIC OF INDIA
